How to make a highlight intro for Overwatch

If you are a junior developer or designer or someone who wants to make a game, this thread could help you. A designer from Blizzard uploaded a video where he shows us how to make Mei's winter highlight. It took 4 tays and the video was cut to 4 minutes. The result has 3-4 reconds. A lot of work, isn't it? The software used is Maya. So if you want to work at Blizzard, this is a must for game designers.
